Why we built The Way Home.
The Way Home was borne out of 3 key realizations.
Firstly, families nowadays are mini enterprise scale affairs – with their ecosystem of domestic staff, home delivery vendors, service providers, documents, finances, social engagements etc. - that need to be managed. It is almost a full time job for a family member, that it shouldn't be.
Secondly, for an individual driven by purpose - life is short, personal energy is the currency and clock is always ticking. But the everyday "maintenance" activities of managing our home and family can easily make us lose sight of our purpose.
Lastly, while enterprise productivity has grown in leaps, driven by technology enabled solutions, individuals and families still do not have any integrated solution to manage their everyday lives - stay organized, stress-free and in control, while keeping it fun - and AI is widening the gap ever more.
So, we set out to change that – by building The Way Home to be India's first intelligent home assistant app that is designed for effortless convenience, intelligent automation and family collaboration.
