The Way Home currently has Document management module - first of the many modules that are planned over next few months. It allows families to upload, access and share their family documents at one central location, that is also safe and completely private.

Following modules are currently under development and expected to go live over next few months:

• (1) Automatic quick budget creation (web preview version available at our Autobudget webpage )
• (2) Expense tracking and analytics
• (3) Domestic staff and delivery vendor management
• (4) Task management
• (5) Calendar planning
• (6) Retirement corpus estimation

The Way Home is available or iphone and Android mobile devices only. There is no tablet or desktop version available as of now. The Way Home performs the best for iPhones X or later series running iOS 15 or later versions. For Android mobile phones, we recommend devices running Android 10 or later versions only.

Up to 10 members can be added in The Way Home under a single family (called "household" in The Way Home). One subscription account allows creating one household on The Way Home and can comprise of up to 10 members, without any additional cost.

Anyone, including single individuals, can use The Way Home for managing their household, even if there are no other members in the household. The Way Home can also be used by individuals living in shared accomodation with other individuals, like flatmates, live-in partners or college students living in shared accomodation.

To keep things simple, a person's identity on The Way Home is linked to her email-id AND mobile number combination. As long as BOTH of these are different, The Way Home shall treat them as different individuals. Hence, that person can become a part of two different households by registering on The Way Home with a different mobile number AND email-id.

No, any one family member can download The Way Home app, create a household and invite other family members by providing their email-id. The invitee shall receive an invitation email and a message specifying the email-id that she can use to create her The Way Home account. As long as the new family member logs in to The Way Home with this email-id or social sign-in (Google and Apple) linked to this email-id, she would be able to join the household from where the invitation was sent.

Children above 12 years of age can be invited to join a household on The Way Home as long as they have their own mobile number and email account. We currently do not allow children 12 years or younger to be onboarded to The Way Home.

10GB storage is available per household on The Way Home during free trial period or if you are on free subscription plan. Paid subscription plans shall offer 50GB cloud storage.

You can put in a request to close your The Way Home account by simply going to Menu >> Profile >> Delete account in The Way Home app to delete your account. Only exception is if you are the Admin for your household with other family members also actively using The Way Home, wherein you would need to send us an email requesting account closure. All the steps thereafter are explained in "Delete account" section in The Way Home app.

Once you have downloaded all of your data from our servers, we shall provide you a confirmation email within 15 working days that we have deleted all of your data from our servers and do not hold any information about you, as per our Privacy Policy

The Way Home is completely free till we roll out the full version with five more modules. The pricing plan and value added services offered with those shall be announced in due course after that. Until then, you can help us improve The Way Home by providing your feedback and suggestions to truly make it your intelligent home assistant.

We shall announce The Way Home subscription pricing once we launch our full commercial version in next few months. There shall be a 90-day free trial period for everyone during which users can decide whether they want to move to paid subscription plan.

Customers who have been using our app since the inaugral launch version shall have a further 120 day trial period commencing from the date the pricing plans are disclosed.

Security and Privacy are one of the primary, unique and most advanced features of The Way Home. It is designed to ensure end-to-end data securtiry at all levels including, but not limited to:

• - 256-bit SSL encryption for data in-transit.
• - 256-bit private key encryption for data stored on cloud.
• - 2-factor authentication that you can enable in The Way Home to prevent your account credentials being misused.
• - Using Amazon Web Services (AWS) as our cloud hosting partner, using their state-of-the-art systems for data back-up and assured business continuity.

We take the Privacy of our users very seriously. We are fully compliant with the current privacy laws and even better them on most fronts. Specifically,

• - All of our user information in encrypted so that no one else, not even The Way Home team can access the same, without your consent – only exception being the data required for us to contact you and details about your membership plan.
• - We never sell or share user data
• - Brands that advertise with us on The Way Home do so anonymously without knowing your identity, unless you click on their ads and decide to provide your information
